We made a survey in some periods of March and April, when everybody enjoyed cherry blossoms in full bloom.  This was the only and last hanami for me this year…

The view is nice under good weather! 

I don’t know why, but it was always raining or Typhoon hit me everytime I visited Fukuoka in FY2014… Indeed, it was nice to learn the hydrologic responses (e.g., rainfall-runoff relationships) in Zuibaiji river. Knowing such responses shall deepen my understanding of aquatic ecology, because aquatic species respond to the seasonal patterns of river hydrology there.
